In your CROSSHAIRS? Pull the TRIGGER!

That's right, I Said Pull the Trigger!! Put that home in your crosshairs and make a purchase. The time to buy Real Estate in Utah is Now!! I do hope this blog of mine receives the attention that it would have if someone like Sarah would have said 'Pull the Trigger!' It's true, I have clients who have been shown the perfect property. They love the home.  The home is available, it is everything you have said that you require. The neighborhood is perfect, the floor plan is open and flowing, not a cookie cutter like most the other homes we have seen in that area, the price of the home is 10% lower than current market value. Your best friend lives across the street. (Not really true)  This is the type of Buyer's I am working with. I am not sure if they will need to watch this homes status change to sold before they will feel the need to act. Do we really think the market will drop further? NO, we don't , especially for a home that does not need updating or repairs. Do we think interest rates will go lower? No, we don't. We actually believe rates will slowly start to inch their way up. Fannie Mae, the National Association of Realtors, and the Mortgage Bankers Association are all projecting interest rates to rise. Do we no longer have confidence in America's economy?  Every indication is that we are on our way to recovery. In Utah, the unemployment rate continues to drop. Utah's economy seems to have hit the bottom and we are continuing to see positive signs of growth. In the Business sector Utah seems poised for remarkable growth. News of new Business locating to Utah and companies that are expanding bring comfort to us in knowing the return side will be positive for Utah's Housing Market. The indicators and projections are in and they all say one thing. The time to Buy Real Estate in Utah is now. Don't let rising interest rates, rise in market prices or a declining home inventory be the result of your indecisiveness. If it feels right, the home fits, Pull the trigger and write that offer.
