Best Draper Homes for viewing Christmas Lights

 The Christmas season is here and for my family that means loading up the car and taking a drive each evening  to view Homes in Draper, UT.  White, Red, Green, Blue, Purple, ( I really like purple) or a Multi? We can't decide which Draper Home has the best looking Christmas Lights. We need your help. Enter Our Best Home Christmas Light Contest! Suggest your Favorite Draper Home on our Facebook fan page for your chance at the $500 prize.  We have viewed several great homes along Willow Springs LN, in Stone Bridge Estates,  and Crystal Springs Dr. The Ivory Homes subdivision of Bellevue in Draper has many late bloomers, I drove through Bellevue last week and was disappointed with the lack of homes having lights up and running. However, Home owners in Bellevue have been busy this last week and is now at the top of our list for best subdivision in Draper. Bellevue is a great subdivision to take your family to visit this Holiday Season.. It has easy access off of 300 east in Draper and most of the homes have really worked hard to give great Christmas Cheer. Two more Draper homes that should be mentioned are located on the East side of 300 East. While I normally wouldn't recommend a home in Draper on such a high traffic street to my Real Estate clients. These Homeowners are in a perfect location for showing off their exceptional light displays. Crosswind, Fox Crossing, Deer Haven, Cherry Creek, Rosefield and Ivy Manor all have great individual homes with great lights. Our plans this weekend include visits to Draper Luxury Homes in Steeplechase, Akagi farms and South Mountain. We also will enjoy a night in Sun Crest. Read next weeks report.  What we would like to see is a community effort, a street in Draper that can compete with the Christmas Street's I have seen in Salt Lake's sugarhouse area.  Can we designate a Draper Subdivision and make it mandatory that all homes must comply with the Christmas Light Ordinance? So far the Winner of The Best Draper Home Christmas Light contest is definitely the City of Draper. If you haven't noticed .... it's because you haven't been to Draper. I think the city and employees have done a fabulous job. Thank you! The Draper Park is the centerpiece  and we recommend strolling through this Christmas Season! Enjoy you

                                            Contest Rules in A Nutshell!!

1. Like us on FaceBook and suggest or comment the location of your favorite home on our wall.... or leave a comment with homes location on our Blog!

2. Judges will view your suggested home some evening between now and December 25th. During the week of Dec 26th - Jan 1st. Judges will view the Best Home from the following locations. 

 Area 1. Holladay, Murray and Cottonwood Heights Homes

Area 2. Homes in Bountiful and Sandy, UT

Area 3. Salt Lake Homes -Sugar House and Millcreek

Area 4. Homes in Draper and South Jordan Real Estate, Homes in Herriman and Riverton.

3. The WINNER shall Receive a Check from Linda Secrist and Associates of $250.The winner also Chooses a Registered Charitable Organization for a donation of $250 to be paid by Linda Secrist & Associates.

4. Winner to be announced on or before January 5th 2012.
